Come to our November meeting and learn about the new and enhanced features coming in Project 2010 and listen to Carl Chatfield talk about utilizing Scrum in your projects.

6:15pm – 7:00pm – Back by popular demand -- Carl Chatfield presents - "Scrum in 30 minutes flat!" - Scrum is a popular task and time management method employed by small software development teams. Carl Chatfield has practiced Scrum in his role as manager of a technical communications team at Microsoft. In this talk, Carl will share his perspective on Scrum: what it is, and how you might add it to your project management toolbox. 

7:00pm – 7:15pm - Dinner and social time

7:15pm – 8:30pm - Main Dinner Speaker-  Jon Kaufthal, PMP presents “What’s New in Project Professional 2010” - Project 2010 is the most ambitious release of the Project desktop client in the last decade! Project managers of all maturity levels will find new tools to manage work in this version. Come get the inside scoop direct from the product group on how Project 2010 makes it easier to start, plan, track, and report on projects in your organization.
